This upcoming Thanksgiving weekend, Plattduetsche Park is keeping the German Christmas tradition alive with our annual Christkindl Markt!
On November 25 and 26 from 9 AM to 5 PM, the Christkindl Markt will feature vendors, crafts, classic German food and drinks, and more!
On November 25 and 26, the Christkindl Markt will start bright and early with doors opening at 9 AM. With indoor and outdoor vendors available, visitors will have their choice of shopping for a variety of goods, including:
Besides shopping, we’ll also have kids’ crafts, raffles, and even an appearance from Santa Claus himself!
In Germany, Christkindl Markt is an annual holiday tradition! Germans usually visit these festive marketplaces, braving cold winter temperatures to buy things for the holidays. As Long Island’s top outpost for all things German, it’s our distinct honor to keep this tradition alive in our community!
