Outdoor Dining in the Biergarten & Take-Out

The Platt is Back! We will be open for outdoor dining only in the Biergarten between 4:30 & 8:30 pm  Wed & Thurs, 12-10 pm Fri & Sat and 12 - 8 pm Sun as well as take-out (weather permitting). Limited menu in effect, it's attached here.

We have taken many precautions to keep our customers and staff safe and healthy as we slowly move toward normal operations. Tables, benches, chairs and bathroom fixtures have all been sanitized and will be sanitized between uses. Tables are spaced six feet apart in every direction and we have marked out spots for waiting in line at the gate and restrooms in accordance with social distancing. Guests must wear masks or face coverings unless they are eating or drinking at their table and staff will wear masks, gloves and face visors at all times. We are using disposable tableware and have a limited menu to provide the best service possible during these unprecedented times.

There will be no smoking in the Biergarten right now and everyone must have their temperature checked, answer a few questions and sanitize their hands before entering. Only the rear gate will be open for both entry for outdoor dining and pick up of take-out orders. For take-out, please call us at (516) 354-3131 ext. 1. We are using one menu for both take-out and outdoor dining, but you can also order beer growlers, specialty cocktails and Platt gear. We are not taking reservations, it's first come, first served for parties of up to 10 people. Tables are available for 2 1/2 hour intervals to be fair to everyone.

We have tried to add some live incidental music where possible, please enjoy it from your table to protect the health and safety of our performers.
